THE SHIFT
You do not need to “bounce back.”
You need a better way through the transition.
Let's focus on recovery, identity, confidence, routine, and sustainable strength — not pressure, perfection, or unrealistic expectations.

WHO THIS IS FOR
You Want Structure Without More Pressure
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
This is not generic advice, and it is not a “bounce back” plan.
There is a lot of advice for moms.
There is not nearly enough support for the transition itself.
This work is different because it recognizes that motherhood is not just about getting through the day or getting your body back.
It’s about learning how to care for yourself inside a completely new season of life.

Why I Created This Program
I built this program because I’ve lived it. As a mom of three boys under five, I know what it’s like to feel depleted, overwhelmed, and unsure where to start. I also know how powerful it feels to rebuild strength and structure—bit by bit, without pressure.
With certifications in personal training, nutrition coaching, behavior change, prenatal fitness, and postpartum recovery, I bring both expertise and real-life understanding to this work. I created a space for women to feel supported—not scrutinized—and to move through motherhood with momentum.
Here’s what makes my approach different:
-
I lead with mindset and compassion, not “bounce back” pressure
-
I offer efficient strength and mobility routines you can do on your time
-
I help you build small, sustainable habits that anchor your day—not add stress
