Events are where that foundation becomes something you can actually feel. A morning. A room of women. A reset built into your own backyard. Wellness Wave

A curated half-day local reset 

Not a retreat you fly to. Not a class you sign up for. A guided half-day — movement, nourishment, recovery, and connection — built into the place you already live. We take over a handful of local venues for a morning, and hand you back to your week a little more like yourself.

A health and wellness expo Experience

Bell Works opens its doors for a full day of wellness — fitness classes on the turf, workshops in the conference space, vendor booths in the atrium, and tenant activations throughout the building. Bell Works tenants, local wellness businesses, and the surrounding community in one room, around one idea: wellbeing is the foundation everything else is built on.

This is the largest stage Correlation produces — the community-scale moment where the providers, the practices, and the people all come together.

Every Wave and every Bell event runs on a vetted network of practitioners — movement instructors, recovery and bodywork specialists, pelvic floor and prenatal experts, nutritionists, and therapists. The Network is how Correlation scales beyond one room at a time — and how the right providers get connected to the right rooms.

Not everything has to be in person. Some of the most important conversations — about transition, capacity, burnout, return-to-work — translate just as cleanly to a Zoom room as a yoga studio. Our virtual sessions bring the Performance Equation thinking to anyone, anywhere, in formats that actually fit a working life.

Public workshops. Open-enrollment online sessions on the topics that come up most: the maternal cascade, burnout as a system problem, returning to work without losing yourself, leadership transitions. 60–90 minutes.
