9:00 AM – Arrival & Intention Setting

Start your morning with your favorite coffee or tea in hand—arrive early, ease in, and connect before the sweat session begins.

9:30 AM – F45 Hybrid  Functional Training Class

F45 Training
Start strong with a high-energy group workout that builds strength, burns fat, boosts your mood, and gets you sweating with a supportive community—no experience required.

10:30 AM – 12:00 PM – Mini Wellness Service Rotations

Manicures at Lolly Nails
Treat yourself to a fresh manicure—, calming, and a simple way to feel polished before the weekend. (Dazzle Dry polish)

 

1-on-1 Stretch Session at Stretch Meds
Unwind with a personalized stretch session to release tension, improve mobility, and reset your nervous system.

12:00 PM – Healthy Lunch

Bell Market
Wrap up your morning with a nourishing grain bowl or salad—easy, energizing, and included in your ticket.
